    My registration for the runDisney surprise weekend event disappeared after I tried to sign the waiver. What can I do?

    Hi Isabella! Welcome to planDisney.

    The runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend is a little over a week away. I am so excited about the Pixar Theme. I wonder which of our favorite Pixar characters will be on the course for fun character photos? I have my fingers crossed for Sebastian, Lotso, and Sully. Remember the first day of the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo will accessible by virtual queue via the My Disney Experience Mobile App beginning at 8:30 AM Eastern Time.

    It seems Stitch has been messing with your account. To troubleshoot, I would suggest you log out of your account and log back into it. Often, this will magically fix any issues or glitches. Also, make sure your phone and app are updated. If you are still having issues, here are my suggestions.

    When you registered for your races, you should have received a confirmation email. Please print it and bring it with you to the expo. Last race, there were computer stations set up to digitally sign your waiver if you were not able to complete it at home. There is also a runner's help desk available if you need further help clearing up this matter.
