Hey there, hi there, ho there, Kandace!
Thanks for stopping by with a fantastic
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! It looks like you're just days away from an enchanting escape to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
Oh boy! You've turned to the right Mouseketeer, Kandace - I'm here to help you prepare for a magical and memorable Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
The
expiration date of your theme park ticket depends on several factors, including when the ticket was purchased. Kandace, if you have a single-day ticket, it expires on its assigned "valid use" date. If you've purchased a multi-day ticket, it expires after its valid use window passes. At that time, any remaining unused entitlements are forfeited, so you'll want to be sure to use up each day of admission within your valid window! I'm happy to inform you that multi-day tickets can be used on non-consecutive days, Kandace. For example, a 4-day ticket can be used over a period of seven days from its assigned start date.
You can easily check your theme park ticket's expiration in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. First, open the app and tap the menu icon (☰) to open the main menu. Then, tap "Tickets and Passes." Locate the theme park ticket you're interested in. You should see the number of days remaining on the ticket and its valid use window, Kandace. If you aren't seeing this information, you can always reach out to friendly Cast Members at the
Existing Tickets phone line. They'll be able to provide you with ticket expiration details!
Kandace, I hope you've found these details helpful as you prepare for a pixie-dusted vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Did you know you'll be visiting during the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts!? Be sure to check the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series lineup ahead of your visit to see what star-studded performances will be taking place during your visit. If you have any more questions before or during your trip, feel free to pop back over to
planDisney again anytime. We're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
