Let me first say that I am glad to hear that you are using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. We just need to get your email updated. If you
contact a cast member in Website Support, they should be able help you make the adjustment to connect your My Disney Experience account to the correct email address. My husband had a similar issue a while ago. We realized that he had an account linked to an old email address. The cast member was able to connect to his new email address and keep all of his plans in place.
As you get that My Disney Experience account sorted out, I hope you are making plans for an upcoming visit. Keep an eye on the
Special Offers to see if there is one that corresponds to the dates you want or plan to visit. My family is currently deciding which dates we want to visit for this year, and we are happy to know that
Disney Dining Plans are back. The
Disney Dining Plan is a good value for my family because we appreciate having a quick-service and table-service meal per night of stay and using the resort refillable mugs. We also love the dining experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort!
