Ahoy Charlie!
Welcome to planDisney and congratulations on your very happy news! I'm thrilled you'll be welcoming a new Disney Cruise Line fan to the fleet.
Infants must be at least 6 months old to sail on most itineraries, with select voyages requiring passengers to be at least 1 year old by embarkation day. Though your little sailor likely has many magical seafaring days ahead, unfortunately, they would not be permitted to sail at only 2 months old.
You should be able to
modify or cancel your sailing online, as long as you are within the
cancelation window and have not booked a restricted Guaranteed (GTY) Stateroom. If you've booked your sailing directly through the Disney Cruise Line website you can attempt modifying to another sail date or canceling as indicated above. You may also
contact a Crew Member by phone for assistance. If you've booked through a travel agent you'll need to contact them for assistance with modifications and cancelations.
When your little one is old enough to accompany you, you can
request a crib for your Stateroom and
pick up any essentials you may have forgotten to pack from the shops onboard. You can also schedule time for your little voyager at the
“it’s a small world” nursery! if you'd like to enjoy some child-free activities during your sailing. This is available for an additional fee for children up to age 3 and can be
booked according to your Castaway Club membership level. I recommend reviewing this
Traveling with Little Ones page for more helpful information as you prepare for a future sailing.
I hope this was helpful, Charlie! If we can answer more questions or offer more personalized guidance please don't hesitate to come back and let us know. Wishing you smooth sailing throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Magic and memories,
Amy
