With the recent changes to transportation, can guest staying at Good Neighbor Hotels use the buses from Disney Springs to other resorts?

Greetings Eli and welcome to planDisney!

Staying at a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel is a great way to enjoy a magical vacation at the most magical place on earth!

Eli, as you know, there have been recent changes to the policy of utilizing bus transportation and the Sassagoula River Cruise at Disney Springs.  Guests using the Disney Resort hotel buses and the Sassagoula River Cruise from Disney Springs will be asked to show a valid Disney Resort hotel room key, dining reservation, or experience reservation for the resort they are visiting.  Since the Good Neighbor Hotels are not a part of the Disney Resorts Collection, you will need a dining confirmation or an experience reservation at a Disney Resort hotel to board a bus at Disney Springs during your stay.

Eli, I know this wasn’t the answer you were hoping to hear, but if you have any additional questions don’t hesitate to drop us a line here at planDisney!

Eli, have a great adventure and don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
