Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that you'll be enjoying the
holidays at Walt Disney World Resort soon! Can you believe that your magical vacation is only two weeks away? Before you know it, you'll be eating seasonal sweets, hopping on your favorite attractions, and making memories that will last a lifetime! It sounds like you have already followed the steps to
set up your MagicBand+ and are looking for some
support to access the Settings feature in your My Disney Experience app. Here are a few additional steps you can take:
- First, close and reopen your My Disney Experience app. When syncing a new MagicBand+, sometimes your app needs to refresh in order to give you the optimal experience! Like Fairy Godmother says, "Even miracles take a little time."
- Next, make sure your husband's MagicBand+ is charged and up-to-date. This is an important step to make sure his MagicBand+ is able to access all of its features!
- You may also want to pair your husband's MagicBand+ to his personal device and see if he's able to access the Settings feature from his My Disney Experience app. Since this MagicBand+ has been assigned to your husband, he may have access to these permissions and settings.
- If you've followed the above steps and your husband is still unable to access the Settings feature for his MagicBand+, my best piece of advice would be to call a friendly Cast Member. They'll be happy to help with the next steps that are available to you! You can also reach out to Guest Services once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort if you need more support or have any additional questions.
