I receive an error code when attempting to input my will-call confirmation code to link my tickets to my app. What should I do? Do I have to wait until I actually pick up the tickets?

    Hi Monica, welcome to planDisney!

You should be able to link your Will Call Confirmation number or Ticket to your My Disney Experience account through the website or My Disney Experience mobile app

I suggest completing this process in your My Disney Experience account on a web browser since it has images that show you exactly which number you should be entering. In your My Disney Experience account, scroll down to “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” Click “+ Add More Plans” and select “Link Reservations and Purchases” from the drop-down menu. Select the “Tickets” tile. On the next page, you’ll see several sample images to show you which number you should enter into the ID Number box. The sample Will Call image shows that you should enter the Ticket Order Number located under the barcode, not the Order Confirmation Number listed lower on the page.

On the mobile app, click the three horizontal bars on the bottom right of the screen and select the tile labeled “Tickets and Passes.” In the top right corner, you should see a + symbol, which will drop down several options including “Link Tickets & Passes.” Select “Type ID” and enter your Ticket Order Number in the box then click “Link Media.”

If you continue to have issues completing this process, I suggest calling the number under “Existing Tickets” for assistance from a Cast Member with linking your tickets.

I hope this was helpful, Monica! Your trip will be here before you know it! I had a recent visit and was able to see many of the holiday decorations appearing throughout the theme parks and resorts. You’ll be visiting just in time to try out all the festive treats on this Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort!
