Hello, is there any chance to purchase 2 additional tickets for December 1st? We have 4 tickets currently but unfortunately we needed 6 (a miscommunication on our end unfortunately)

Hey there, Hannah! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

Hannah, your question makes me think of the movie Zootopia when Judy Hopps said, "Life's a little bit messy. We all make mistakes..." but not to worry! Whether your 2 tickets mean that you need to add on 2 more guests or would like your 4-day ticket turned into a 6-day ticket (2 more days of fun), let's chat about how to make that happen.

If your party size has grown and you need to purchase 2 additional tickets for new friends or family members, you can do that by visiting the tickets page of the Walt Disney World website and then link these new members together through the Family & Friends section of your My Disney Experience account

Now, if you have already purchased a 4-day ticket and would like to add on 2 days, you'll first want to log into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans." This will take you to a new screen. Scroll down until you see the words in blue, "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." (This will be below any Disney Resort Hotel reservations and your planning party.) When you click on those words, you'll see the tickets that are currently linked to your account. You should then see the option to modify your tickets. You can follow the prompts to add on days (and pay the difference). If for some reason you don't see the option to modify your tickets, you'll want to call and speak with a Cast Member. If you are using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you can find your tickets by clicking on the three horizontal bars in the lower right corner. You'll then click on the tile labeled, "Tickets and Passes."

Hannah, before adding on days to your ticket, please make sure to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar as you will need a Disney Park Pass reservation for every day you visit.

I hope this helps as you're planning for your visit in December. The holiday season at Walt Disney World is truly Magical and I hope you savor every second. Here at planDisney, we are always available to help, so don't hesitate to come on back with any additional questions.
