When do I receive the annual pass holder magnet ?

    Hi Catherine,

Welcome to planDisney and the Disney Annual Passholder family. We have passes as well and it is one of the best purchases I have made in years. The discounts and benefits are well worth the cost in addition to being able to visit Disney World as much as you want.

One of those fun benefits is getting your extra special Annual Passholder magnet so you can display your Disney World status proudly on your car. When you purchase a new annual pass, you will typically receive your magnet in the mail about 8 weeks after your purchase. If you renewed your annual pass it will take a little bit longer and sometimes run around 10 weeks. Once you hit the 10-week mark, if you still have not gotten your coveted magnet, I recommend calling Member Services. They will be able to help you figure out what the holdup is.

Before you get to using your Disney Annual Pass, make sure to review the Annual Passholder Program for all the benefits and discounts available to you now. Most dining establishments offer 20% off of your meal, and most shopping locations will give you 10% off your entire purchase. If you love to shop and eat like my family, this adds up quickly.  Don't forget to also check out the exclusive merchandise and events only available to Annual Passholders. There are always fabulous shirts for each event or holiday that let you represent your passholder status even when you aren't at Disney World.

    Happy Planning,
    Jenna
