My Disney Experience account and you have questions about reactivating it, the best course of action is to
call the hotline for My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+. You'll be able to speak directly to a friendly Disney Cast Member who will help you figure out if you can reactivate your daughter's account or if it would be best to set up a whole new one for her. They can also help you link her tickets and reservations and make sure that you're all connected and ready to go! Once you're linked together in My Disney Experience, you will be able to manage your reservations, share your plans, and stay connected throughout your entire trip.
