    Reaching out on behalf of my company - Do you accept large groups (30 customers) for a dinner (whether it's a reserved private space or not) in any restaurants within Magic Kingdom? Our potential dates are May 15- 17th

    Thank you for visiting planDisney. It sounds like you must work for a pretty great company if it includes Disney dining events. I love this idea! 

    Advance Dining Reservations can be made up to 60 days prior to your visit. For such a large group, I would definitely recommend a buffet or family-style dining restaurant. Luckily, there are a few choices in Magic Kingdom Park for you to choose from.

    • The Diamond Horseshoe - Offers all-you-care-to-enjoy holiday classics in an Old West-style music hall.
    • Liberty Tree Tavern - Offers the same dishes as The Diamond Horseshoe, but in a New England Inn setting.
    • The Crystal Palace - Offers a delicious buffet and the bonus of dining with Winnie the Pooh and friends.

    You are able to view and book available reservations for parties of up to 20 Guests online or through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. You can break your group down and book for smaller parties around the same time, but there is no guarantee you will be seated together. You can also call Disney dining directly, at the number on the bottom of this Disney dining link, to have a Cast Member help you in locating and reserving an available reservation for your group during your desired dates. 

    Depending on your group's budget, you may also want to look into Disney Custom Events & Gatherings for your company dinner.
