Heigh-ho, Caroline, it's off to dinner we go! Thanks for stopping by planDisney. Your springtime
Walt Disney World Resort visit will be here before Sneezy can, well, sneeze. Let's look at the dining arrangements for your party when you join Snow White and friends for a meal at
Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White is enchanting and magical, so I understand why you'd like to dine here. The Fairy Tale Gooseberry Tart makes me as happy as Happy! Just watch out for The Queen; she might be lurking about with a poisoned apple.
I did some testing on the
My Disney Experience mobile app and saw that I could book a party of eight at this restaurant. I chatted with a Bashful Cast Member who said the tables there typically seat up to eight guests, so I hope that works for your party.
If you have more than eight people coming, don't be Bashful! Let the hostess know when you check in that you'd like your parties to be seated as close together as possible. There's no guarantee, but the Cast Members will try their hardest to accommodate you.
If you have more than eight guests, you can book several reservations as close together as possible. I had a group of over 20 last year, and we had four different people booking at 6:00 AM on the day our reservation window opened. We were on a conference call together and found times within 20 minutes of each other. When we arrived for dinner, we let them know the total we had, and they seated us at two large tables fairly close together. I suppose they didn't want us to be Grumpy!
Remember that your
booking window opens 60 days before arrival, so my tip is to log in a little before 6:00 AM with a steaming mug of coffee. That's what Doc would do!
Caroline, I hope your upcoming visit is as sweet as Dopey. Stop by
planDisney anytime because we think our guests are the fairest of them all.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
