Where is a quiet spot for me to do a work zoom at OKW at noon on check-out day? Will leave luggage w bell services but need a quiet spot w wifi, any ideas? Thank you!

    Welcome back to planDisney, Jennifer!

It sounds like you’re mixing a little business with pleasure, so you’ll need to channel your inner Snow White and whistle while you work!

Disney’s Old Key West Resort is the perfect place for a peaceful escape, with its pastel colored buildings and laid-back island charm. Since you’re looking for a quiet spot to take your Zoom call, I have a few suggestions that might work well.

Papa’s Den, located just off the Hospitality House lobby, could be an excellent option. Named after Ernest Hemingway (fondly called “Papa” by his friends), this cozy space features bookshelves lined with literary nods and a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a comfortable work setting.

If you’d prefer some fresh air, the porte cochere near the main entrance offers covered seating with benches. It’s a shaded, quieter spot where you can connect to the complimentary Walt Disney World Resort Wi-Fi, as long as you don’t need a power outlet.

For a more scenic setting, consider grabbing a table outside The Gurgling Suitcase, which overlooks the marina. You could enjoy some fresh air (and maybe a plate of their delicious hushpuppies!) before settling in for your meeting. The lunch and dinner menu from Olivia’s Café is also available for order here, just in case you want to turn your work session into a working lunch!

I hope this helps, Jennifer! Wishing you a productive meeting and plenty of pixie-dusted fun on your trip. See ya real soon!
