Well hello there, Miranda! I hope you are enjoying your visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm so glad you've purchased a
dining plan for your resort vacation. And I'm
especially glad that you are using
Mobile Order to get your
quick-service meals. I usually place my Mobile Orders in the morning so that I have the best chance of getting the dining time I
really want. And then, when the time comes around, I just press "I'm Here, Prepare My Order" and wait for my order to be ready. No trip for me is complete without mobile ordering some delicious food from
Satu'li Canteen in
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. It is by far my favorite quick-service option at the Walt Disney World Resort. What's yours?
According to the
Disney Quick-Service Plan page of the website, Guests 10 years of age or older can choose a specialty beverage where offered as part of their quick-service meal. This may be the reason you cannot select a specialty beverage when ordering from the kid's menu. However, you may be able to order the item in question separately from the meal as a snack through the dining plan if it qualifies as such. If your child
is 10 years of age or older, the specialty beverage you are trying to order at the particular restaurant you are trying to order from may not be included as part of the dining plan. You can always ask the friendly Cast Members at the restaurant for clarification.
As
Chef Remy from Ratatouille says, "If you are what you eat, then I only want to eat the good stuff." Miranda, I wish you a magical vacation full of
only the good stuff! If you have any other questions,
please feel free to reach out directly to me.
Anyone can cook, but only the fearless can be great,
Matt
