Hi, there!
Welcome back to planDisney, Nicki. We're so glad to see you again! The
dining plans available at the Walt Disney World Resort have changed quite a bit since you last sent us a question about them, so let's chat about what to expect for your next visit.
I'm a big fan of the dining plans. As a mom of three, I just love the convenience and flexibility they add to my family's Walt Disney World vacations! Whether you've purchased the
Disney Dining Plan or the
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, your plan includes at least one quick-service meal for each night of your stay at a Disney Resort hotel. In the past, liberal exchanges could be made with quick-service meals, but at this time, Guests may not exchange the beverage that is included with their quick-service meal for an eligible snack item. That said, it certainly never hurts to ask when you're placing your order! I always keep a water bottle with me, so I can understand wanting to substitute your included beverage, but as a friendly reminder, the beverage included with your quick-service meal can be a specialty beverage, like a fresh smoothie or milkshake. Yum! And Guests who are 21 and older can select an alcoholic beverage (where offered) as part of their meal. No Disney snack is more tempting to this mama than a chilled glass of white wine!
If you're looking for a great quick-service meal in the theme parks, try
Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom Park,
Connections Eatery at EPCOT,
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and
Satu'li Canteen at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. You can order your quick-service meals from all these locations using the
Mobile Order feature on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Talk about convenience!
I hope this was helpful, Nicki. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! As always, we'd love to help you plan another magical stay.
