As I was doing some investigative reporting, I found some great information for you regarding the Quick Service dining plan. For convenience, here are the major highlights for you:

* Two Quick-Service Meals (per night of stay)
* One Snack/Non-alcoholic Drink (per night of stay)
* One Resort-Refillable Drink Mug

I really think you are going to enjoy the Quick Service Dining Plan because your meals are prepaid, potentially saving money compared to paying for meals individually. I also like the flexibility you are given in how you want to use your dining credits. For example, if you are staying at Disney for five nights, you will be given a total of 10 Quick Service dining credits. Your family could then use your Quick Service credits for breakfast and dinner in one day. The next day, you could use a Quick Service credit for lunch only. You control how you want to use your credits, and this is a GREAT perk! It is also so nice that each member of your family will receive a snack each day and a resort-refillable mug. The mug alone is going to save you money for sure!
