Same question that has been asked about the grand Floridian Cafe, but I want make a reservation for breakfast for when they are supposed to reopen after November 2nd. I want to make them for November 4th and 6th but I can’t.

Greetings, Denise, and thank you for bringing this delectable question to planDisney! Booking meals for my Walt Disney World Resort vacation is one of my favorite activities. Well, eating at Disney is actually my favorite! Let's explore how you can secure dining reservations at the Grand Floridian Cafe for your upcoming trip.

Congrats on being on top of planning your trip, Denise! You're correct that this location is currently on hiatus for a fun refresh, and according to its landing page, the restaurant should reopen around the time you visit. It also looks like you're within the 60-day window to make Advanced Dining Reservations, so your ducks are certainly in a row!

I chatted with a helpful Cast Member who said current brunch reservations made for the cafe from now until the end of October will actually be at Cítricos, which is also at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. She said that since the exact reopening date for the cafe isn't known, brunch reservations for November are on hold for now. Her advice is to keep checking the website or your My Disney Experience mobile app for those early-morning times to autoMAGICally appear once the reopening date is announced.

I wish I had more concrete information for you, but pixie dust can be as unpredictable as it is magical. I do see dinner reservations at the cafe are available for your dates, so my tip is to snag one of those and modify it once the brunch times drop.

My planDisney pals and I recently enjoyed brunch at Grand Floridian Cafe. The Avocado Toast was divine! But the views of the gardens and grounds were the star of the show. My tip is to allow yourself time to enjoy this stunning resort, whether you're there for brunch or dinner!

If you need further assistance with any dining questions, feel free to call the number listed in the restaurant modification and cancellation information. Those Cast Members can access your account to help troubleshoot and secure your dining reservations. When you call, make sure to have a valid credit card handy to hold your reservation.

Denise, I hope you have a supercalifragilistic time on your upcoming visit! Have an orange juice toast for me, and I look forward to helping you again at planDisney.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
