Hello there, Frédéric!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm happy to assist!
It sounds like you'll be arriving very soon and looking for help linking your
theme park tickets. If you have already completed your purchase and have the ticket information in your possession, you can
link them to your My Disney Experience Account on this page. Once the tickets are linked to your account you can set up
Disney MagicMobile or connect a
Disney Band (known as MagicBand+ in the US) for entry into the parks and Lighting Lane entrances.
If you will be picking up your tickets in person upon arrival, you can scan and link to your account using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Be sure to download this once you've arrived in the US so you can review park maps, make
Mobile Food & Beverage Orders, and join Virtual Queues for attractions like
Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom Park.
Frédéric, if you have trouble getting things connected you can visit
Guest Relations at any park entrance or chat with a Cast Member at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel's Front Desk. They will be happy to help you troubleshoot and make sure everything is connected for your first park day. Once inside the parks, feel free to speak with members of the
Guest Experience Team located under blue umbrellas, for assistance with Lightning Lane Multi Pass or any other technical issues you might encounter. They have always been more than helpful when I've visited them on past trips.
I'm wishing you a wonderful visit this week!
Magic and memories,
Amy
