Hello Rebecca!
We're so glad to see you at planDisney today. It looks like your visit is just one day away (yay!), so I'm happy to answer any last-minute questions.
If you'll be staying at a Disney Resort Collection hotel,
standard overnight self-parking is complimentary throughout your stay. A Cast Member will ask for your name and reservation details when you arrive at the resort's entrance gate, then direct you where to unload your vehicle before proceeding to park. You can exit and enter the lot as often as needed through midnight on your checkout day.
When it's time to head to the parks, you can utilize
complimentary transportation options between your resort and park of choice (my family especially loves the Monorail and Disney Skyliner), but you are welcome to drive your own vehicle as well. The good news is that complimentary standard parking is available to registered resort guests at each park. Just be sure your resort information is linked in your My Disney Experience app to show Cast Members when you arrive. You'll also have the option to pay for an upgrade to preferred parking, if you prefer.
If you aren't staying on property, parking is available at the entrance of each theme park for a daily fee, which can be paid in person upon arrival. If you're planning to visit more than one theme park per day, your purchase is valid at any location. Just hang on to your receipt and present it when arriving at your next destination.
Finally,
complimentary parking is also available at Disney Springs for all guests. This is always my family's favorite departure day activity before heading back home. We do a bit of shopping, then stock up on cookies from Gideon's Bakehouse, which helps make re-entry into the "real" world a little sweeter.
Rebecca, I hope this helped. If you need any additional guidance, please come back and let us know. We're always ready to assist!
Have a magical visit,
Amy
