I purchased tickets which were seven day world hopper passes, but had to take care of my mom and I have not used any of them. How do I find them?

    Hello William!

Welcome to planDisney! Taking care of loved ones is an honorable but very trying work and I commend you for being there for your mom in time of need. I have been there and I understand the sacrifice. I would love to help you try and find those tickets!

Locating those tickets depends on a few factors. I will break it down by the possible scenarios that could apply to you and you pick out which works for you!

Purchased directly from Walt Disney World
If purchased directly through the Walt Disney World website, your ticket should be available to you in your My Disney Experience Account and confirmed in an email! When purchasing tickets on the Walt Disney World website, if logged into your My Disney Experience account (which is what you used to send me a question here on planDisney) your tickets automatically end up in your account. You can just head over to your plans, log in and scroll down. Look for "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and then click on the tab "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." Any ticket you purchased should be there. If for some reason the tickets are not there then check your emails for an email from Walt Disney World with a ticket number. You can manually link the tickets to your My Disney Experience Account and have them ready to go for your trip.

    Purchased from another ticket vendor
If you purchased your tickets from a vendor that is not Walt Disney World then you should have gotten an email with a confirmation number or ticket number. It could be a combination of letters and numbers. Once you find the number from the email you can link it to your My Disney Experience Account.

I keep talking about linking tickets to your My Disney Experience Account and I don't know if you are wondering what I'm talking about. I promise I'm not crazy! Creating your My Disney Experience Account and linking your tickets is one of the most important parts of planning a Walt Disney World vacation. It keeps in one place all of your plans and is needed for making Theme Park Reservations and linking your MagicBands or MagicBands+

If you for some reason continue to have difficulty please call the Cast Members at Existing Tickets. I do hope this helps and if you have any more questions please let me know! I hope your mom is well and you find time to have fun and recharge!

    Happy planning!

So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
