Locating those tickets depends on a few factors. I will break it down by the possible scenarios that could apply to you and you pick out which works for you!
Purchased directly from Walt Disney WorldIf purchased directly through the Walt Disney World website, your ticket should be available to you in your
My Disney Experience Account and confirmed in an email! When purchasing tickets on the Walt Disney World website, if logged into your My Disney Experience account (which is what you used to send me a question here on planDisney) your tickets automatically end up in your account. You can just head over to your
plans, log in and scroll down. Look for "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and then click on the tab "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." Any ticket you purchased should be there. If for some reason the tickets are not there then check your emails for an email from Walt Disney World with a ticket number. You can
manually link the tickets to your My Disney Experience Account and have them ready to go for your trip.
Purchased from another ticket vendorIf you purchased your tickets from a vendor that is not Walt Disney World then you should have gotten an email with a confirmation number or ticket number. It could be a combination of letters and numbers. Once you find the number from the email you can
link it to your My Disney Experience Account.
