To see your tickets, open your
My Disney Experience mobile app and sign in to your account. Tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom right corner. Then tap "Tickets and Passes." If your tickets are linked to your account, you will see them on your screen. If your tickets are not linked, you can link them manually. If you purchased your theme park tickets from the Walt Disney World website, you should have received a confirmation email from Walt Disney World Reservations. In this email, you should find a barcode with a 12-digit ID number. If you purchased your tickets from a third-party company, they should have sent you an e-ticket with a barcode and a 12-digit ID number. Once you locate that number, tap on the + symbol in the top right corner of the "Tickets and Passes" section before tapping "Link Tickets & Passes." You'll see three options to link your ticket. You can either use your phone camera to scan the barcode, tap your phone to your MagicBand+, or enter the ID number. Once you link your tickets they should show up on the app.
