Hey there, hi there, Kassandra! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney.
Kassandra, can I tell you a secret? Even though I'm a Walt Disney World girl, I must admit that Disneyland Park is my very favorite Disney park (Don't tell Magic Kingdom!). There is just
so much to do, see and taste in one pixie-dusted park, and the magic I felt walking where Walt Disney himself walked was undeniable. I'm thrilled you're visiting the
Happiest Place on Earth in just days, and I'm happy to help you tie up your loose planning ends. Your tickets are your keys to the magic, so let's see what you and your fellow Mouseketeer can unlock.
Your name is on both tickets? Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries." If you have a standard
theme park ticket to either Disneyland Park or California Adventure, you don't have to reassign the name on the other ticket in the app if you don't want to. The second ticket will be linked to the other guest upon arrival at the entrance. A Cast Member will snap a picture of you and your park buddy to assign the tickets the first time you tap into the park.
If you still wish to reassign the name on the second ticket, just
call a helpful Cast Member with Tickets or use the Chat feature on the Disneyland website. They will be able to wave their magic wands and change the name on the ticket just like bibbidi ... bobbidi ... boo!
Kassandra, before you embark on your magical adventure, be sure to check out the
Hours & Events Calendar for your dates. Here, you will find park hours, entertainment schedules, showtimes and more for both parks and Downtown Disney. I recommend finding your must-dos and must-sees and coming up with a plan to make sure you don't miss a thing. While a loose plan is always a good idea, remember that it's okay to deviate from the plan to let your mood and the magic guide you!
I hope this helps, Kassandra, and I hope you have the most magical and memorable visit! Thanks for bringing me your question, and I hope you'll stop by any time with any questions you may have. You've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon,
Mandy
