We purchased tickets for Disneyland and received them by email. The tickets show the correct name, but when we loaded them in the app, they both show the same name, but different numbers

    Hi there, Mark!

Welcome, and thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about theme park tickets at the Disneyland Resort. I hope you’re getting excited for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

To change the names that are associated with your unused theme park tickets prior to arrival, you can place a call to the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will assist you with getting this straightened out. However, keep in mind that the names that display on the tickets on the Disneyland Resort website or in your Disneyland mobile app are really just for convenience and organizational purposes, because tickets aren’t officially assigned to a particular person until they are scanned for first use at a theme park entrance. At that point, a Cast Member will snap your photo and the designated ticket will be assigned to each of you for the remainder of its length.

I hope this helps, Mark. Please feel free to write back with any other questions you may have about the Disneyland Resort before your vacation begins!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
