Hi there, Denisse!
Thanks for visiting planDisney, it's nice to meet you!
Yes, guests visiting the theme parks at the Disneyland Resort need to have both a
valid ticket and a theme park reservation for each day of their visit. If you purchase tickets on the Disneyland website then you can make your reservations as you buy your tickets, it's pretty easy!
- Go to the Tickets webpage
- Select your ticket type (there are some awesome promotional tickets for this summer)
- Follow the prompts to choose how many days you'd like to visit, how many tickets you need, and if you want Park Hopper tickets
- The next step is to choose what days you want to visit the parks (if you picked Park Hopper tickets you'll also need to choose which park you want to start in each day)
- Add any extras like parking or Disney Genie+ Service and complete your purchase
If your plans change you can
modify your theme park reservations online to a new available day. So don't worry if you aren't quite sure what your plan is yet! Theme park reservations can (and do) fill up, so I recommend buying your tickets as soon as possible.
I actually just got home from the parks and I really enjoyed all the
Season of the Force celebrations! It looks like you might be arriving just in time to catch the end of this galactic party.
Hyperspace Mountain is one of my favorite attractions ever and we were able to meet so many characters over on Batuu...it's definitely worth exploring to find your own adventure!
Have a fabulous visit to the parks, Denisse!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
