Hello there, KL, thanks for visiting planDisney.
I love a good family vacation, especially when it's smoother sailing than Goofy & Max's road trips! I’m here to share some insight on what sounds like the So Cal Resident ticket offer and how you and your family can enjoy the magic together on your visit to the
Disneyland Resort.
If your brother purchased the So Cal Resident ticket and used his residency in zip codes 90000-93599 for that purchase, then only a guest who also has proof of residence on a government-issued photo ID can use that wholly unused ticket. The ID will be checked at the entry scan when using that special offer ticket. Unfortunately, if you and the other adults in your family do not have that proof you will be unable to use the ticket. Additionally, the So Cal Resident ticket expires on June 2. However, there is a new
Disneyland Resort ticket offer for 3 days, 1 park per day with a park hopper upgrade option available. This new ticket offer is open to all guests and is on sale now. The tickets are valid from June 10 - September 26, 2025, subject to theme park availability.
While you’re in town this summer, get excited because
Pixar Fest will be happening (now through August 4)! Join your favorite Pixar Pals in celebrating friendship and beyond at both parks. There are all kinds of entertainment and good eats and treats to try! For entertainment, I recommend
Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular at Disneyland Park and
Club Pixar at Hollywood Backlot in Disney California Adventure Park.
I sure hope this helps, KL, as you prepare to travel to the Golden State! Be sure to check out Disneyland on
Instagram and if you have any other questions before your visit, feel free to
send us another message!
Adventure awaits!
