    Hello, we purchased tickets for Boo Bash October 2022 and we’re not able to make our trip due to the mask requirements. Can those tickets be used for a special event at Disneyland please?

    Hi Alicia! Welcome to planDisney, I am so sorry to hear you will not be able to attend the spooktacular Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney's California Adventure Park this Halloween season. 

    Alicia, the current policy at Disneyland Resort (following guidelines from the State of California) states that it is strongly recommended to wear masks indoors and in enclosed transportation. It is only required (whether vaccinated or not) at certain indoor health settings, such as First Aid stations. 

    As far as your Oogie Boogie Bash tickets, unfortunately, you cannot transfer them to any other events at Disneyland Park. What you can do, is gift them to another person if they are unused, or leave them in your account until they expire. Tickets for Oogie Boogie Bash are non-refundable, and cannot be resold or transferred for other purposes. 

    Once again, I am so sorry you will not be able to visit this Halloween season, Alicia! We hope that you are able to reschedule your visit and enjoy a vacation at the Happiest Place on Earth very soon!
