Hey Jessica! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. We love helping fellow Guests find their way to the magic!
While we are well-versed in
theme park tickets sold on the Disneyland website and app, third-party tickets often come with their own set of instructions that we aren't necessarily privy to on our end. I'm happy to help provide some general information on how to link standard theme park tickets to your account in the hopes that it may help. However, if you have specific questions or still can't retrieve your tickets, I would recommend reaching out to your ticket provider directly.
It sounds like you already have downloaded the Disneyland app and set up an account for yourself. These are the first steps to a successful Disney day! When purchasing tickets on the Disneyland website or app, you will be asked to log into your account. Once the purchase is finalized, the tickets will automatically show up in the "My Tickets & Passes" section of the
Disneyland app. You can navigate to this section by tapping the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner. Guests also receive an email that includes their ticket confirmation number which can be manually entered into the app as well. I'm hoping that by guiding you to where you can link tickets manually, we might be able to get you on the right path.
To manually link tickets, head back to the "My Tickets & Passes" section of the app and tap the "+" in the top right-hand corner. You will see the option to "Link Tickets & Passes". Once you are here, toggle along the top navigation bar to "Type ID". This is where you would be able to manually enter a ticket confirmation number. You can try entering the confirmation number you received here. I'll be wishing on a star that those tickets magically appear for you! If not, now would be the time to reach out to your ticket provider.
With a third-party ticket, I'm assuming that you will also need to make a
theme park reservation once the tickets are squared away in your account. When purchasing via the Disneyland website, this step is included in the check-out process. Not to worry, this is easily done by tapping the "+" in the bottom navigation bar, selecting "Make a Park Reservation", and following the instructions. You will even be able to make reservations for your full party at one time, provided all of the tickets are linked to your account. Please note that reservations are subject to availability.
Jessica, I hope this helped point you in the right direction! You are always welcome to reach out to
Disneyland Guest Services as well with any specific questions regarding your account. If you do find yourself in the magic this weekend, be sure to travel to a galaxy far, far away to enjoy
Season of the Force! My personal favorite is the return of
Hyperspace Mountain, and I heard you can even bump into Luke Skywalker for a limited time!

Magic awaits!
