Welcome to planDisney, Amanda!
We're so glad you brought us a question. Your visit is fast approaching and I'm sure you must be getting so excited! April is a wonderful time to enjoy Walt Disney World Resort as the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom. Be sure to review
this Disney Eats: Foodie Guide so you can make a game plan for all those delicious food and beverage offerings during your trip.
I haven't personally picked up tickets via Will Call, but my friend and
fellow panelist Nimmy recently did. She mentioned finding a code in her confirmation email that allowed her to link the tickets to her My Disney Experience Account before arriving on property. I'm not certain this will work in every case, but she used the code preceded by an "#" symbol in the subject line of her email.
I'd recommend checking to see if you have a similar code somewhere in your travel documents. If so, you may be able to
link the tickets online or via the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Using the app navigate to the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right then select "My Tickets & Passes." Click the "+" sign or the "Link Tickets & Passes" link at the top of the screen and then Type ID to input the ticket information. If this doesn't seem to work you can visit the ticket booth at the main entrance to any of the 4 theme parks, or visit the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. A Cast Member will be able to assist and make sure everyone has their tickets ready for a day of magic!
If you visit Disney Springs before your first park day, don't miss out on the incredible cookie options at
Gideon's Bakehouse and the bakery at
Summer House on the Lake. I'm a big fan of Gideon's but have also heard rave reviews of the Summer House treats. I'm eager to do a taste test during my family's next visit this summer.
Amanda, I hope this helped. If we can answer any additional questions be sure to come back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
