Yes, your ticket will allow you to enter the theme park, exit the theme park, and then re-enter the theme park later. So, you can enter EPCOT, spend some time in the park, then go check in at your hotel, and then return to EPCOT later.

Luminous The Symphony of Us! This is the nighttime fireworks spectacular that is held at EPCOT each night. For your visit on July 25, Luminous will take place at 9:00 PM!
