Is there a party size limitation at some in park restaurants? Trying to make a reservation for 9 at san angel and its showing no availability, but plenty available if i change it to 8. Just curious if my party size is too big.

    Welcome back to planDisney, Kristi!

Hip, hip, hooray! Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just a couple of months away. I am sure your entire crew is getting excited for the big adventure. And it sounds as if the whole gang is coming along for the ride. Traveling with a large party is a lot of fun, and I have some tips for keeping the group together for mealtime meetups.

While many locations at Walt Disney World can accommodate larger parties (including groups of nine), it looks as if San Angel Inn happens to be one of the locations that has a limit of 8 on advance dining reservations. But that doesn't mean you have to cross this destination off of your must-try list! If your party is willing to be split, I recommend booking two tables. When you arrive at the restaurant, you can request that these tables be next to each other, allowing your group to stay connected. Occasionally, tables can be combined to accommodate a larger party, but this is not a guarantee. When you check in for your reservation, a Cast Member will be able to determine if this is a possibility.

If sitting together is the goal, there are several great options for large groups. Should you be looking to stay in EPCOT, both Akershus Royal Banquet Hall and Biergarten can accommodate big parties. You can also check out Garden Grill, featuring Chip 'n' Dale (and some great views of Living with the Land). There are also some great dining spots just outside of EPCOT, including Rosa Mexicano, Trattoria al Forno, and Flying Fish. Kristi, I hope these tips help you and your Ohana determine the best spot for an amazing meal!

I hope your upcoming adventure is magical!
