Susan, if you booked your upcoming stay through
the Walt Disney World website, most reservations appear in the
My Disney Experience app almost immediately. It is important to note that it could take up to 24 hours. If a day has passed and you still don't see your reservation, you can easily link it in a few easy steps. All you need is your confirmation number and the last name the reservation was booked under. Once in the app, tap the three bars at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down until you see
Link to Account. Tap this option, and select the
Type ID tab. You will see a section for
Resort Reservations. Enter your confirmation number and the last name to link your hotel stay in moments! You will also follow these same steps if you booked your upcoming stay with a travel professional or third-party retailer.
