Hi Amanda,
Thanks for bringing your question our way. I hope you had a magical vacation!
If you were logged into your My Disney Experience account when you purchased
Memory Maker, it should have automatically linked to your account. If not, you can
link it by following the steps my pal Alyssa detailed for another guest here. Once that's done, head to your Photo Gallery
online or view in the
My Disney Experience app by clicking the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right of your screen and scrolling down to "Photo Gallery" in the Disney PhotoPass section.
You may notice watermarks on your photos, but they should be removed in a flash once you activate your Memory Maker purchase. To do this, click on a single image in your Photo Gallery and follow the prompts to activate. Once that's complete, the watermarks will be removed, and you'll be free to download and share all your magical photo memories. You can
download one at a time or all at once from the website, as I explained in another recent answer. Just be sure to do this before your photos expire 45 days from the date of capture.
Amanda, if you are still having issues accessing your photos, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member with
Disney PhotoPass Support by phone. They can help work out any technical glitches and ensure your Memory Maker purchase is properly applied.
Wishing you a magical day!
Amy
