how do i download the pictures from my memory maker

    Hey there, Doug!

Thanks for visiting us at planDisney. I hope you had a magical vacation and took time to "say cheese" as often as possible during your visit. My family loves having Memory Maker, as it allows the whole group to step into frame and look back on all our special memories long after the camera flash fades. Let's develop the steps for downloading your photos.

First, be sure all photos appear in the Photo Gallery in your My Disney Experience app. Attraction photos usually link automatically if you're wearing a MagicBand+ during the ride, but if you're missing any, you can request missing photos in a snap. You'll also want to link any photo cards you may have received from Disney PhotoPass photographers around the parks, as I explained to another guest recently.

Once everything seems picture-perfect, you can download photos individually to your mobile device. Simply click the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right of your app, scroll down to "Photo Gallery" and select a photo. You'll see a download icon at the bottom of your screen, which will give you a choice of download size (medium for texting and sharing, and large for higher quality if you plan to print or frame).

I usually download a few favorite photos to post on social media or send to friends during my trip, but I wait until I'm home to download the whole gallery at once. You can do this online by signing in at the Disney PhotoPass website, hovering over the top right corner of one of your photos, then clicking the checkmark. Once at least one photo is selected, you should see a blue "Download" button appear at the top right of your screen and a "Select all visible media" box directly below. Place a check in that box to select all the photos from your trip, then click the download button.

If you've posed for a lot of photos you'll likely see a few pop-up folders as your downloads process. Be sure to save all those precious memories somewhere you'll be able to access before closing out the tabs. You can download as many times as you like before your images expire 45 days after the date of capture.

I hope this helped, Doug. Please come back to planDisney with more questions. We're always happy to help bring everything into focus.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
