Hi Kelly, and welcome to planDisney! I love how the
My Disney Experience app makes it easy to see and manage your plans all in one place, from PhotoPass pictures to Lightning Lane selections. So let’s make sure everything is linked and ready for your trip this week!
First, let’s talk about
Lightning Lane Passes from your other question. In my experience, you don’t need to worry about linking them to your tickets, so you should be all set! When you purchase Lightning Lane Passes, the app will prompt you to choose which people you’d like to buy them for, and it’ll only give you the option to pick people with an eligible ticket.
Now onto your question about
Memory Maker. If you purchased it while logged into your MyDisney account, it usually links automatically. You can check by going to the
My Plans and Tickets page on the Disney World website, finding the “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets” section, and clicking "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker”. This will open a list of your tickets, and towards the bottom, you’ll see a Memory Maker Purchases section. In my experience, sometimes Memory Maker purchases don’t appear in the My Disney Experience app until after your first linked picture, but they will show up here on the website.
However, if your Memory Maker purchase isn’t on the website, you can try manually linking it by clicking the “Add More Plans” menu (above your list of tickets) and selecting “Link Reservations and Purchases”. Under Memory Maker, click the “Select” button, and the next page is where you can input the ID number from your email. If you’re still having issues, give the
Disney PhotoPass Support phone number a call, and a Cast Member would be happy to help.
When you’re at Disney World this week, don’t miss the Light Painting and Paintbrush Magic Shots that are exclusive to the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! Some of my family’s other favorite Magic Shots are the
Tiny World and
Super Zoom Magic Shots in all four theme parks. They’re so unique and capture all the fun vibes of a magical Disney day! Another thing you can take advantage of is the
Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs. No reservation is needed, and you can get lots of pictures with different props and backgrounds… all included with Memory Maker!
I hope you have the best time ever at Disney World this week! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome at planDisney.
