I just purchased a hopper pass for two days on January 5th and 6th. I had an emergency and had to go home so I only went on the 5th. When will my hopper pass for the 6th expire? I don't live close

    Hi there, Christina!

Welcome to planDisney and we appreciate you coming by with your question. I'm sorry to hear that unforeseen circumstances made you cut your Disneyland Resort trip short. I hope the time you did get to spend at the Parks was memorable and that you were able to enjoy the final days of the Holiday Season.

I'm afraid that this is not the magical answer for which you were hoping, but according to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, a multi-day Theme Park Ticket will expire 13 days after its first use or after its expiration date, whichever comes first. If you used your ticket on January 5th, then the ticket will expire 13 days later and the remaining day is forfeited. Partially used tickets are not eligible for credit or refunds.

If you're planning on making it back to the Disneyland Resort again this year, we've got a lot of things to look forward to, from the Haunted Mansion Grounds expansion to Tiana's Bayou Adventure! It'll be an exciting time and I hope that you get to experience these new attractions later this year.

Christina, I'm sorry again that I wasn't able to give you a better answer. Please feel free to come by again if you have more questions because you're always welcome at planDisney.

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
