Hi there, Dayana!
Welcome to planDisney and congrats on being a Magic Key Holder! I've had my
Magic Key since the program began and I've been very happy with mine. It's allowed me to return to the Magic of the Disneyland Resort again and again and it's definitely lived up to its value. I hope you've been enjoying yours as well.
When I renewed my Magic Key Pass for the first time, I did receive a new Magic Key magnet keepsake a couple of months later in the mail. It was a nice surprise and made me feel appreciated to be a Magic Key Holder. I've heard others report that it might take several weeks before receiving their magnet, but it does seem to be something that they are still doing. This policy is subject to change at any time, of course. You may renew your Magic Key up to 30 days before its expiration date. Don't let that day pass by because late renewals are not allowed.
I don't know about you, but anytime they offer anything that has "Magic Key" written on it, I'm tempted to get it! I make it a habit to check the Magic Key Portal in the
Disneyland Mobile App when I visit to make sure I'm not missing anything. Also, be sure to follow the
Magic Key Instagram account because I often find out about specials that way too!
Fun Fact: My magnet from last year depicts the
Pixar Pal-A-Round. For those unafraid of heights, it soars 150 feet into the air and has 24 gondolas, each depicting a different Pixar pal. It was an opening attraction at Disney California Adventure but was called the Sun Wheel, then changing its name to Mickey's Fun Wheel before finally
becoming the Pixar Pal-A-Round in 2018.
Dayana, I hope this answer was informative for you and please come on back if you have any more questions. You're always welcome at planDisney.
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
