    Hello. I purchased a Disneyland one-day ticket in December 2022 and unfortunately had to cancel my trip due to COVID. I am finally able to return but the ticket does not appear under my account any longer. Is this ticket forfeited and no longer usable?

    It's always so frustrating when plans change unexpectedly and I'm sorry to hear that your original trip was canceled. I have some good news for you, though! Unless otherwise stated in your eTicket's terms & conditions, the price paid for a wholly-unused, expired ticket may be used toward the purchase of a new ticket, so long as the new ticket is of equal or greater value. Isn't that wonderful? To request this, I recommend speaking with a Cast Member by phone using the Tickets line. They can talk you through your options and help you with a new ticket purchase, considering your original, expired ticket. It will be helpful to have your original ticket's email confirmation or ticket ID number on hand, if you have it. I hope this is a helpful resource, Michelle!

    Then, the real fun of planning your next adventure to 'The Happiest Place on Earth,' begins! You'll want to secure your theme park reservation and consider any dining or activity reservations you might like to make, up to 60 days in advance of your visit. If you happen to be planning a trip this Fall, you might be in time to enjoy Disneyland Resort's newest attraction, Tiana's Bayou Adventure opening to Guests on November 15, 2024!
