    Hello, I purchased Disneyland key passes last August for several family members on the payment plan and would like to see the remaining balance. How can I do that?

    Welcome to planDisney. I’m glad you found us and asked your question about the Disneyland Resort. I hope your family has been enjoying many adventures in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park together using your Magic Key passes!

    For general information about your monthly payment contracts, or to inquire about the amount you still owe on the passes, please call Magic Key Monthly Payment Guest Services at (800) 410-4656 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday through Friday, or from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. If you wish to change your payment method on file to a different credit card in your name or pay off the full remaining balance owed on one or more passes, the Cast Members in that department can assist you with those tasks as well.
