Hi Jeewoo! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
I became a
Magic Key holder last year, and I've loved having more access to the magic of the parks,
discounts, and perks. I'm getting ready to renew, so I can continue to enjoy these fantastic benefits, which my family sees real value in. We especially love our dining discount. There are so many great places to eat in the parks!
The Believe Key was the right fit for my needs when I was making my selection. You're right to select the Magic Key that best matches how you want to experience the parks. There's no rule preventing you and the rest of your family from selecting the different Magic Keys. However, each key has its terms, including
Blockout days, which you should be aware of before purchase. Prices and terms are subject to change. If you want to visit when your Magic Key has a Blockout day but your family has access, you'll need to buy a 1-day ticket to visit with them. That's an important detail to note! Read through all the details specific to your Magic Key before making your purchase.
Also, children under 3 don't need an admission ticket or Magic Key to enter the parks. They're complimentary Guests of Mickey Mouse himself! When your youngest's birthday is approaching, you can purchase a Magic Key for them, so you can all continue to visit together. As a current Magic Key holder, you should be able to purchase a Magic Key for your child when they turn 3 even if sales of new Magic Keys are temporarily paused, which does happen from time to time. Just don't let them get beyond that magical threshold of 3 before purchasing!
Magic Keys can be purchased online. Visit the Magic Key page on the Disneyland Resort website and scroll down until you see the "Purchase Magic Key Passes" to begin your transaction.
Have a magical day!
Elizabeth
