    I missed my monthly payment for my magic key pass. I just made the payment however the passes still haven’t been updated in my app. My daughter has reservations to go with her friends this afternoon. Can she go to the guest service kiosk and still get in?

    Hi there, Ashley, glad you found us! I'm hopeful and trust that your daughter was able to get into the Disneyland Resort. Apologies we are just getting to this question now. With all the great things happening at the resort, it's been a busy time at planDisney! Hopefully this isn't a situation that you have to worry about again, but I can share a few tips in the event that it does.

    When a guest misses a monthly payment for their Magic Key pass, it just takes a phone call to the Magic Key Holder Hotline to remit payment via the phone. Or, they can head to the Disneyland Resort and visit a ticket booth in the esplanade. Once the passes have been reactivated after payment, it does take a little bit of time for the processing. From my experience, logging out of the Disneyland app and sometimes restarting my mobile device has helped passes to reappear. 

    Again, I hope that your daughter and her friends had a magical visit and that everything worked out so they could all enjoy their day! As Magic Key pass holders, be sure to check out our special portal in the Disneyland app that shows limited time and exclusive offerings throughout the year. Right now, Star Wars Season of the Force is in full motion through June 2.
