I purchased a 5-day park hopper to WDW in 2017 and have never used it. When does it expire?

    Hi Danielle,

I have some great news for you today! Disney does honor all old, unused theme park tickets, and your ticket still has value! You'll be able to experience some amazing magic and fun with your old ticket! It's a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah day for sure!

I'd encourage you to call a Cast Member at (407) 939-1289 who will be able to help you with your specific tickets. For example, even if your ticket had an expiration date that has already passed, the value of the unused ticket can still be applied to a new ticket. Or, if you purchased a ticket that was valid for a certain season (Value, Regular, or Peak), you may need to upgrade your ticket depending on when you'd like to use it now. A Cast Member will be able to help you figure out exactly what type of ticket you have and see if there's anything that you'll need to do before you can use it.

I'm just excited that you'll be able to use your old ticket to help make your Disney dreams come true. With so many exciting new experiences, Now More Than Ever is the perfect time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Danielle, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
