    Hello, I purchased an annual pass back in June. I was told I am supposed to get something in the mail explaining benefits and a magnet. I was wondering if I should be expecting this? Thank you, Ashley

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney. Congratulations on becoming an Annual Passholder! You have a year full of magic ahead of you!

    Annual Passholder magnets are occasionally mailed out to Passholders, and sometimes they are only offered for in-person pick up in the theme parks. I picked up my Annual Passholder magnet when they were recently offered at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and I was asked to scan my Annual Pass, MagicBand, or MagicBand+, and show photo ID. 

    I have great news, Ashley. You can still find all the information you need about your Annual Pass and its benefits on the Walt Disney World website. This Passholder page is where you can learn about your year-round discounts on dining, merchandise, and experiences, but also about limited-time offerings like discounts on stays at select Disney Resort hotels and tickets for special events. They often share if there are Annual Passholder magnets available for pick up on this page as well. 

    No worries if you’re in Walt Disney World Resort and looking for this information! This information can all be found in your My Disney Experience mobile app by scrolling down on the home page and clicking on “the passholder buzz” banner. This page is also great to use at home, as it is filled with Disney-inspired recipes and additional fun videos and articles about the theme parks!
