Ahoy, Victoria, and welcome to planDisney!
Thank you for sending your question my way. It is my pleasure to help. After a long voyage on the high seas, no one wants to return home not feeling their best. I’m also sorry to hear that you’ll have to anchor your plans to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth.
I’m happy to share that as long as you have unused days on your theme park tickets, you are able to modify their dates in your
My Disney Experience account. The tickets are nonrefundable; however, to change the date, log in to your Disney account. Then, select "Theme Park Reservations,” “Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations," and “Modify Reservation." You’ll see that you can also change which park you are visiting as well.
Victoria, you may find that if your new dates have a higher ticket price that you will have to make an additional payment to make up for the price difference. Theme park ticket prices at Walt Disney World Resort are dependent on dates.
If you intend to set sail with
Disney Cruise Line again, I’d highly recommend asking my first mate
Tracie a question. And if you have any other Disney vacation planning questions, anyone on the
planDisney team is more than happy to help. I hope your little Mouseketeers feel better soon!
Magic always,
LeAndra
