    I would like to purchase tickets for December 18th, how can I get tier 3 tickets to be able to go that day?

    Howdy, Rachelle!

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming to us with your question! I'm happy to hear that you're planning a Holiday getaway to the Disneyland Resort. It transforms from The Happiest Place on Earth to The Merriest Place on Earth because everything is just so festive! I love this time of year and it's the most beautiful time for a visit.

    It looks like you're already familiar with the Disneyland Resort Ticket Tiers and have found that December 18, 2024 requires a Tier 3 Ticket if you are purchasing a 1-Day Ticket. Standard Multi-Day Tickets have no blockout dates should you choose to go for multiple days. Thankfully, it's really easy to purchase Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets online and I'd be happy to go over the steps.

    1. On your Internet browser, head over to Theme Park Tickets. Select the Number of Days for the ticket, then how many you'll need. Then pick from One Park Per Day or a Park Hopper ticket. Click Continue.
    2. The next screen will show you the calendar. Advance it to December. If you selected a 1-Day Ticket, you'll see the ticket prices for each day. Select December 18 and it will automatically place a Tier 3 Ticket into your Cart. If you selected a Multi-Day Ticket, you will be able to select the days of your visit within a two week window. Pick your starting Park and hit Continue.
    3. Choose whether you would like Lightning Lane Multi Pass added to your ticket(s) and if you would like to pre-purchase a Parking Voucher (you can always purchase on the day of your visit as well). Continue.
    4. You will see your Cart with the final price listed. Hit Continue to proceed to the Payment Screen. Once purchased,  you'll receive an email Confirmation message and park reservations will automatically have been created for you.

    And that's all there is to it! If you need clarification, you are able to call and speak to a Cast Member at the Tickets phone line for further assistance. 

    They'll be celebrating the Holiday Season when you're there, so I hope you're prepared for snow, Santa, a gigantic Tree on Main Street, U.S.A., and pumpkin spice! One of my favorite stores is Plaza Point and I love looking for the perfect ornament there. You can even get it personalized to make it more unique!
