    Can I have my purchase sent to the front of the park for pick up when I leave

    Hi Gretchen, and welcome to planDisney!

    I can not begin to tell you how many times we used to be able to utilize the Merchandise Pickup and Delivery to take my purchases to the front of the theme park or to my resort! I was such a fan of that service on each visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

    Unfortunately, the Merchandise Pickup and Delivery service is unavailable. However, you can utilize the available lockers to store your purchases until you are ready to leave for the day. I do the bulk of my shopping after I have experienced all that I want to experience at the theme park. This process makes it easier to transport my items to my car to get them to my resort and ready to bring back home. Do not forget, if you purchase items you want to have sent home, visit the gift shop in your resort, and a cast member will assist you with making the purchase to have those items shipped to your home.
