I was just at WDW and regret not buying a perfume from the tea shop in the UK pavillion in EPCOT. Is there a way to call the store there and order it over the phone to be shipped to me?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Lori!

I can not begin to tell you how many times I have regretted not making a specific purchase while on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

If the desired perfume is still available at Walt Disney World, you can order it via phone or email. Please get in touch with the Merchandise Services department directly by calling 1-877-560-6477 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM Eastern Time to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. In addition, you can also contact them at Just describe what you are looking for and where you initially found the item, and they will do their best to assist. In my experience, it has worked out, and one of the times I was able to purchase a graduation item I saw on social media, but it was only available on the property.

Please be sure to return if you have additional questions.

    Have a magical day!
