If we purchase the kids special pricing tickets and for some reason couldn’t use them before March 10, can we apply the value of those tickets to regular priced tickets later?

    Hi Maddie,

Thanks for bringing us your question. I was so excited when I heard about the Kid's Special Ticket Offer. Unfortunately, my Mouseketeers have aged out of this particular promotion, but it's certainly a wonderful value for children aged 3-9.

You'll have the option to purchase these specially priced 1, 2, or 3-day tickets for visits between January 8 and March 10, 2024. Tickets expire March 10, or in the instance of multi-day tickets, 13 days after initial use, whichever occurs first. Keep in mind that theme park reservations are also required in addition to valid admission.

The value of wholly unused expired tickets can be applied to a future ticket purchase, as long as the new tickets are of equal or greater value. However, if your kids begin using these tickets but are unable to use all the admission entitlements, tickets won't retain value beyond the expiration date. For instance, if you purchased 3-day tickets and visited March 8 and 9, but were unable to return on March 10, you wouldn't be able to use the remaining day of admission at a later time. Hopefully, you'll be able to plan your visit to take full advantage of this great special offer before the expiration date.

As you're finalizing your plans, feel free to come back and see us with more questions. We'd be happy to suggest our favorite dining recommendations (Goofy's Kitchen at Disneyland Hotel is always a hit), help you make a game plan for your park day itineraries, and even share our tips for activities. My pal Al is an expert when it comes to Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters, which my kids really enjoyed on our last visit.

I hope this was helpful Maddie! Wishing you a happy and healthy New Year!

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
