standard multi-day tickets bought directly through the Disneyland Resort can be upgraded to Park Hopper using the
Disneyland mobile app. You simply pay the difference, so long as there is availability. It's super convenient, so that's something to consider!
There are also some great
deals currently available, which you might want to check out, including the
Kids' Summer Ticket Offer, which includes Park Hopper. This deal would be good for your preferred date, so if you have little ones in your party, it would be hard to beat that price! Whatever you choose, remember that theme park reservation availability isn't guaranteed. Popular days or parks can fill up. So you'll want to make your purchase as soon as possible.
Park Hopper is a great option at the Disneyland Resort because it's so easy to hop from one park to the other. It's a super quick walk across the Esplanade. We like to start the morning in one park, have lunch, hop to the other, do dinner, and then possibly hop back to our starting park for evening entertainment. You can do that! For that flexibility alone, it's the preferred ticket option for my family, along with
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, which allows Guests to spend less time waiting in queues and more time focused on being together.
It's possible that you'd also be able to upgrade the tickets purchased elsewhere to include Park Hopper through the Disneyland mobile app. If your tickets are eligible, you'll see a link when you access your tickets by tapping the three-bar menu on the bottom right side of the app and selecting the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Follow the online prompts and have your method of payment ready to go.
