If I purchase a 3 day ticket, can I use 2 days in July and one day in August?

Hello, Christa, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! I'm a part-time Floridian myself and love the perks and discounts Walt Disney World Resort offers to residents. I keep the Special Offers page bookmarked to keep up with the latest deals. The current resident tickets are phenomenal, so let's talk about how the window of use works.

The 3- or 4-Day Discover Disney Ticket is exclusively for guests who can show valid proof of Florida residency, so if you qualify, this is your best bet for spreading out your visits. You can head to a theme park on any three days between now and September 28, 2024; you can even add the Park Hopper Option for more theme park fun. While your dates don't have to be consecutive, this type of admission does require theme park reservations, so please check the availability calendar before purchasing.

The Special 3-Day, 3-Park Ticket is available to all guests and must be used at a different park each day, excluding Magic Kingdom Park. Once you choose your start date, you'll have five days to use all three days. No proof of residency is required for this one, and you won't need to make theme park reservations. Standard three-day theme park tickets also have a five-day use window. So, if you plan to visit on July 1, you must use the last day by July 5 for both of these admission types.

Expiration dates vary depending on your ticket type, so I hope I've given you some options to explore. You can also call the New Tickets line to help you choose the best admission for your plans. When you call, let them know if you qualify for any Florida resident or military offers.

Since you live in the Sunshine State, have you considered becoming an Annual Passholder? I have the Disney Pixie Dust Pass and can't believe I waited so long to join the passholder family! I recommend you explore the pass options and compare costs to see if you'll have enough Disney visits in the coming year to justify purchasing one. Once I considered the food and merchandise discounts, I was sold! And don't get me started on the adorable passholder magnets...

Christa, I'm sprinkling pixie dust your way to help you discover the best way to enjoy your time in the parks. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
