Kylo Ren can be found regularly searching Black Spire Outpost for Resistance sympathizers. However, he’s quite dedicated to his mission and doesn’t normally stop for traditional meet-and-greet photos. Additionally, in my experience, characters usually move out of the way during proposals to let the couple enjoy their special moment. However, if you’d like to propose while Kylo Ren is out and about, you can look up his schedule in the
My Disney Experience app (search for “
First Order Searches for the Resistance”). That way you don’t miss him or his Stormtrooper buddies!
Throughout all of the excitement, don't forget to get lots of pictures in Batuu to commemorate the beginning of your Happily Ever After! You’ll find
PhotoPass photographers throughout Black Spire Outpost. One of my favorite pictures is the unique
Super Zoom Magic Shot near
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. I also recommend returning to Batuu at night so you can get some epic pictures with your girlfriend’s ring while holding glowing lightsabers! There’s usually a PhotoPass photographer in the Millennium Falcon area with lightsabers you can borrow for pictures in the evening.
There are also
Capture Your Moment sessions that you can book for a personalized 20-minute photo session in Batuu. This is a great way to get pictures of the proposal itself or your first engagement photos! And the PhotoPass photographers know all of the best picture spots and angles.
And finally, be sure to pick up complimentary Happily Ever After celebration buttons at
Guest Relations or the cash register at many gift shops. That way, the Cast Members and other guests can join in on your celebration!
